  18. This software is Shareware.  Provided you agree to accept the 
  19. provisions contained in this agreement, you may use this software for 
  20. free for evaluatory purposes only, for no more than 45 days.  If, 
  21. after this time, you wish to continue using this software you must 
  22. register with the Author and pay the registration fee specified (where 
  23. appropriate).  If you do not register then you must cease using all 
  24. copies of the program immediately.

  26. Please note: PhonePad is not 'crippleware' - it does not stop working 
  27. after the evaluation period is up, and will continue to operate with 
  28. full functionality!

  33. DISTRIBUTION
  34. You may distribute this software freely on any electronic based medium 
  35. including but not limited to: uploading to a FTP site, uploading to a 
  36. BBS, downloadable from a WWW page.  May also be distributed as part of 
  37. a CD-ROM collection of shareware/freeware.  Any distribution should 
  38. not limit my rights (either explicitly or implicitly) to distribute 
  39. this software using the same medium or any other.  The software 
  40. should be distributed as received in the original archive file.

  42. The only charge a distributor may make shall be limited to the cost 
  43. of the medium by which the software is delivered, and those incurred 
  44. in handling/distribution.  A small shipping and handling charge may
